 Summary
Residential Sales Managers are responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a client base of customers.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum High School Graduate/ College Preferred
  • Years of Experience:  Five years of related sales experience
  • Language Skills: Must speak English fluently
  • Driver License: Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and estimating software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess an outgoing and energetic personality and a high degree of self-confidence
  • Possess a motivated and professional attitude
Essential Functions
CRM:
  •  Branch Training – help get electronic devices set up with any apps required and any additional software training when needed
  • Clean up opportunities when a salesperson leaves BRC employment
  • Create Dashboards/Reporting
  • Create & edit proposal template
  • Getting updates in Giddyup and app based on feedback
  • Weekly recap to management, including appointment lead times
Call Center Support:
  • Communicate with Call Center regarding operational capabilities
  • Communicate any changes in estimators’ schedules
  • Help manage any customer service issues that come through out-going or in-coming communications
Sales Support:
  • Coordinating meetings/catering/meeting rooms/hotel rooms
  • Set up monthly one-on-one meetings between VP and Exterior Consultants
  • Collaborate regarding sales strategies with the intent to drive sales
  • Assist in managing sales teams regarding improving performance
  • Create training or resources relevant to sales improvement training
  • Monitor Hail Trace and Roof Calculator usage
  • Send out yearly External Consultant sales agreements
Miscellaneous:
  • Acuity support and training
  • Attend weekly marketing meetings and collaborate with the marketing team as necessary.
  • Assist with set up/coordinating staff for sales events.
  • Attend sales events.
  • Assist with vendor vetting.
  • Manage customer financing vendor.
  • Assist with overall business development.
  • Manage referral programs.
