Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:  Minimum High School Graduate/ College Preferred
  • Years of Experience:   One year of related sales experience
  • Language Skills:  Must speak English fluently
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and estimating software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess an outgoing and energetic personality and a high degree of self-confidence
  • Possess a motivated and professional attitude
Essential Functions
  • Develop new and manage existing accounts in customer base
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Learn about and sell Peak services and products in existing markets
  • Extend Peak brand into new markets: Masonry, Window, Exterior Wall, Cold Storage, etc
  • Greet Customers, providing a consistent positive experience
  • Work with customers to discover new leads
  • Effectively communicate via Outlook calendar, phone, text, and face to face
  • Constantly mine for new leads on the web, LinkedIn, network, etc
  • Weekly A/R tracking & resolution
  • Attend sponsored outings for customers to develop stronger relationships
  • Participate in design and development of new & existing products
  • Relay any unmet customer needs to the team
  • Proactively notify sales and production of discrepancies and/or quality issues
  • Assist with payroll processing when required
  • Assist the team with inventory management process’ when required
  • Learn and practice all Peak record keeping SOP’s for CRM, Estimating, Sales Orders, Packing Slips, and Invoicing in Fulcrum & Vista software

Work Environment
