To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The lists below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

System Architecture & Integration
  • Own the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of BHE’s entire tech stack
  • Serve as the primary administrator and strategist for CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub)
  • Build and manage integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, production management, field tools, and communication systems — owning the APIs, middleware, and data flow end to end
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technology platforms as the business grows
  • Maintain system documentation, integration maps, and data flow architecture
Process Design & Enforcement
  • Design standardized workflows for every stage of the customer journey across all markets
  • Ensure system adoption by pulling weekly compliance reports, identifying gaps, and working with managers to close them
  • Build and maintain SOPs for CRM usage, lead management, deal progression, and production handoffs
  • Serve as the bridge between leadership strategy and field-level execution through systems
Data & Reporting
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards covering all stages of the customer journey
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on marketing ROI, sales conversion, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks using data
  • Ensure data integrity across all platforms
  • Support leadership with ad hoc analysis for strategic decisions, market expansion, and resource allocation
Customer Experience Technology
  • Implement and manage customer-facing technology: automated updates, scheduling confirmations, project portals, and post-job communications
  • Design the “zero black hole” experience so customers are kept informed at every stage
  • Own customer satisfaction tracking, review generation, and referral program automation, while pushing us to a place where we can score customer relationship health in real-time
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, CRM Administration, or Marketing Operation
  • Deep hands-on experience with CRMs (Sales Hub + Marketing Hub at minimum; HubSpot fluency preferred)
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and completing multi-platform tech stacks with working integrations
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports, interpreting conversion data, and making data-driven recommendations
  • Experience building data and attribution systems from scratch and driving full adoption across teams that didn’t previously use technology consistently
  • Understanding of data architecture, API integrations, automations, and data flow between systems, and how AI is changing or enabling the future of data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills including explaining technical concepts to non-technical field teams and leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in home services, construction, or field services industries
  • Experience with residential remodeling-specific platforms
  • Experience with speed-to-lead / conversational AI platforms
  • Experience in supporting multi-location operations (4+ markets)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, call tracking, and marketing attribution
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Ability to travel to job sites for verification purposes
  • Comfortable working in both office and construction site environments
  • Ability to move and climb an extension ladder safely
  • Requires working in extremely bright or inadequate lighting conditions, in very hot (above 90 F degrees) or very cold (below 32 F degrees) temperatures, including exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
