Summary |
| Service Sales Representatives are responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a client base of customers for the commercial repair division. |

Minimum Qualifications |
- Education: Minimum high school graduate, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least three years of related outside sales or business development experience, commercial roofing sales experience preferred.
- Driver's License: Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with a CRM, and an estimating software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a motivated, professional and self-starter attitude
- Ability to work independently in the field, and manage priorities and calendar

Essential Functions |
- Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts in our customer base.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Provide constant communication and promote services provided by the company.
- Generate leads for repair and service work through cold calling, door knocking, referrals, service hand-off, account management, and networking.
- Utilize the Salesforce CRM system daily for the management of accounts, scheduling, proposal development, and recording of sales-related activity (cold calls, inspections, on-site customer meetings, door knocking, and pipeline).
- Consult and specify roofing system repairs to meet customer needs in compliance with industry standards.
- Physically access roofs to estimate and analyze existing roof conditions, including proper core cuts when applicable.
- Participate in and coordinate trade shows, architect / property manager / hospitality expos, and marketing functions.
- Utilize BOX to manage and document roof conditions in the field and in the development of repair proposals.
- Participate in sales meetings, internal trainings, manufacturer seminars, and conferences to continue industry education and development.
- Provide operations team with necessary information and support the success of the project.
- Assist in receivable duties associated with your accounts when directed by management.

Physical Demands |
- Requires removing ladder from vehicle ladder rack, setting up ladder, and climbing ladder to safely access roofs for service evaluation.
- Requires the ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds.
- Requires the ability to stand, walk, and balance for long periods of time.
- Requires use of abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out or fatiguing.
- Requires seeing details at close range.
- Requires repetitive movement, bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping, or crawling.

Work Environment |
- Working in temperatures above 90°F or below 32°F.
- Working at heights and in other potentially dangerous conditions.
- Exposure to extremely bright or inadequate lighting.
- Exposure to loud, distracting, or uncomfortable noise levels.
- Exposure to contaminants, hazardous materials, and potentially hazardous equipment.
- Exposure to minor injuries such as burns, cuts, bites, or stings.
- Performing work where errors may have significant consequences. Strict adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations is required.
